Cancellations
In order to avoid a late Cancellation Fee, for airport transportation, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time; for Charters and Point-to-Point trips cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Please remember to retain your cancellation number. Round trips must be canceled as two separate reservations. Orders not canceled with sufficient notice will be charged full fare.
Delayed Flights
We will monitor your flight and be waiting for your arrival. Please call once you have your luggage.
Airport Arrivals
A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed based upon the actual arrival time.
Late Night Reservations
Scheduled pickup before 9:59PM but delayed until after 10:00PM will be charged as follows: $50.00 added to fare when pickup is between 10:00PM and 10:59PM, $100.00 added to the fare for pickup between 11:00PM and 3:59AM. $20.00 will be added to the fare for Saturday and Sunday.
Waiting Time:
- Trips to the Airport and Local Transportation: A grace period of 5 minutes is allowed based on the scheduled pickup time.
- Waiting Time Fees: If the waiting time is more than the allowed grace period, a charge of $1.00 per minute will be added to the original fare.
- Waiting time is charged from the end of the grace period until all passengers are in the vehicle.
- 15% gratuity will be added to any late-night fare increase, waiting time and extra stops.
